Step1: Create Account
For new Applicant click the link “new applicant start here!!” and continue with admission process.
For continuing student use your registration number to log in.
For new Students and don’t have account click the link “Student & Don't have OSIM Account? Click here to Sign Up” above and use your registration number to sign up.
Step2: Personal Background Information
Complete your Personal Information You will be required to provide your Form Four Index
Number, A valid email address, An active phone number, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Nation Identification Card number (NIDA), Parent/Guardian name, Parent/Guardian Mobile Number, Parent/Guardian living place and other important information. Make sure you are providing correct information. Invalid Information will not be accepted by the University and your registration status may become invalid.
Step3: Login
Use your registration number and Password to login for continuing students, and email and password provided for new Applicants.
Step4: Payment Verification
Verify your payments. Each Applicant must pay a non-refundable Application Fee Tsh. 10,000/=. All Payment should be paid at PBZ Islamic Bank Account 0710412000. Select Payment Method manual payment and upload your Bank receipt.
Step5: Education Verification and Course Selection
Verify your results, and add additional Examination sittings if any. Then go to next step and Select three programmes of your choice.
Step6: Submit Application
Submit the Application and make sure you download your Application Summary Form.
